Michael Lehmberg, Architect
Lincoln City Hall
This four-story, 58,000 sf steel frame, brick, and stone veneer building houses City Hall and School District offices. The project includes conference centers, a training room, break rooms, meeting rooms, shower/locker rooms, the main level outdoor plaza, and water features.
Designed to fit naturally in a historic town fabric, the building conveys a distinctly contemporary, civic, and urbane impression appropriate to one of the fastest-growing communities in the State. The new City Hall will play a key part in the city’s’ overall goal to revitalize its downtown district.
